The price for Interpreter

The prices below are nets and they don't include the transports, 

foods and the accommodation

Remarks：

 1.The 8 hours of work per day are included in our price.  For the extra work after 8 hours, 15 USD per hour will be requested.

2. If it needs go to the other city, the client should pay the around transports, hotel and foods.

3. The above prices are valid for a duration of less than one month. If the contract super one month you will have another discounted price.

4. The travel ( for going and coming back) will be paid  as an half  day.

  临时劳动合同书（口译）

     在遵循《中华人民共和国劳法》有关规章制度的前提下，双方本 着友好协商共同发展的原则，特签如下<临时劳动合同书>:

1. 合同双方的责任和义务见《中华人民共和国劳动法》

2. 乙方负责按甲方要求及时提供准确、规范的外语口译翻译;甲方有义务预先向乙方提供有关工作的详细技术资料( 包括汉语或外语的) , 以便乙方及时准备专业词汇, 更好的开展工作; 乙方有责任和义 务为甲方恪守机密, 不得将有关资料、信息泄露给第三方.  如乙方翻译水平达不到甲方要求, 本合同可提前解 除.  

3. 经双方协商，甲方每日支付乙方(法、德语口语翻译：xxx元/天;意大利语翻译：xxx元/天)人民币（税后净工资）；每日工作八小时 (加班每小时，按120元/小时/人 加收费用)。

4. 合同期间，甲方向提供乙方的清洁，安全的食宿；如出现意外情况， 诸如由于食物引起的身体不适，或人身及财产安全受到威胁，均由甲方承担责任及医疗费用。  

5. 甲方应向乙方提供往返交通费用，购买意外交通保险。

6. 工资以每七天为计费周期，第六天下午支付本周期的工资，工作预计结束的前两天，甲方算清并支付所有给乙方.  

7. 本合同不尽事宜，均按国家现行的有关《劳动法》法规来栽决和执

行。    

本合同自签字日期生效
